Been tattooing for 26 years, am semi retired now, livin on the family farm in the country and lovin it. Still do private sittings on friends and family. Love not having the pressure of a studio. Not sure what is becoming of the industry but glad to have done my part when it was not a popular thing to do. It saddens me to see people opening shops just because they have the money and fame. It saddens me even more to know there are now people in the biz that will work for someone who doesn't know how to Sling ink! Used to be a time when we had class and style and noone sold out. We were outcasts and we loved it! Now Tattoos are the in thing and everyone wants to jump in the spotlight for thier 15 seconds of fame! Trust me it will be about 15 seconds not minutes. The government hates what it cannot control and we have always been on the outside. Now they will regulate our industry untill we are all in line. We are going the way of the gun owners. Slated for termination! Well that's my rant, and now you know about me. Must be the Native Blood in my veins, I love my country but the ones who are running it can kiss my Indian ass.
